Currently, we are looking for Technical Support with high level of German to work on a long-term project in one of our major clients. Will be responsible of technical customer support with SAP in HCM module.
Also, the selected profile will join in a fix-contract our client's team after 6 months working with us.
Will perform the following tasks:
- Technical support to German and English keyusers arround the company
- Support by phone or ticketing tool
- Team support: improvements
- The candidate selected will be part of a high performance environment in a multinational company dedicated to retail services.
- Mín 2-3 years of experience as a technical support.
- Technical background.
- Native or high level of German.
- Preferable SAP knowledge.
