A top-comms- agency located in Alcobendas y currently seeking a talented and bilingual Digital B2B Account Executive to join our team.
He/she will manage, coordinate and plan our client portfolio to improve a top mobile manufacturer's digital strategy for B2B.
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customer.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationship.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Manage the B2B Content Managing System (CMS)
- Content: Product images, pricing accuracy, copy, adding/removing products
- Operations: Product listings, stock level management and resolving any issues
- Briefings reception and management
- Initiative and flexibility: Recognises the need to adapt to change and implement appropriate solutions. Able to identify opportunities and recommend/influence change to increase effectiveness and success on campaigns
- Evaluate proposals according to client's briefing
- Prepare reports on account status.
- Team player with internal departments as well as client
- Administrative task related to departamental work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Disciplined work approach: Gets task completed on time and to high standards, manages relationships with others - gaining commitment to resources, deadlines and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Advanced Level)
- Design programs: PhotoShop (it's a must) Illustrator (desirable),
- Bachelor's degree in Communications / Advertising / Marketing / Digital Marketing
- Minimum experience of 3 years in Agency working with B2B clients.
- Experience of content management systems, web analytics and other tools to identify opportunities for improvement.
