We are hiring a Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer to support digital transformation initiatives. If you're passionate about digital innovation, experienced in agile ways of working, and thrive in cross-functional environments, this role is for you.
Hybrid position in Madrid (3 days at client´s office, Sol area, next to the underground).
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver key digital capabilities.
Support end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to delivery, with a strong focus on user experience and continuous improvement.
Act as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring client and front-office needs are reflected in product development.
Lead or support training, communication, and adoption initiatives to drive product usage and effectiveness.
Translate insights from user feedback and digital analytics into actionable product improvements.
Partner with legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure all digital initiatives meet relevant regulatory standards.
Mandatory requirements:
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer in financial services, fintech, or consulting.
Background in wealth management, private banking, or trading platforms is highly desirable.
Familiarity with agile frameworks, design thinking, and digital product management.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
Experience working with trading apps or platforms and knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., SEBI) is a plus.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical and execution skills.
English C1
Desirable requirements: Having experience in product like T24/OTMS or TSI is an advantage.
