SIX is looking for a motivated and talented System Engineer, who is passionate about technology and helps us to run a highly secure, scalable and automated "Managed File Transfer" Platform. This profile is responsible for the operations, engineering and integration of all business,- corporate services using our platform. We are 'T-shaped' engineers with international team set-up located in Spain and Switzerland. We take full responsibilities for our actions, operate and deliver great solutions! The team is the hub when it comes to Managed File Transfer competences in SIX. As a Middleware Engineer you will set up and maintain file transfer connections for internal and external customers and ensure data travels through channels and processes efficiently. You will be responsible for delivering high quality production and test platform, supporting regular agile releases. Role: System Engineer (Managed File Transfer) What You will Do be a part of a specialized team that operates and enhances the MFT Platform that enables entire SIX/BME and its clients implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows using infrastructure as code engage in system design and architecture, especially for distributed systems in large-scale environments provides daily interaction with business partners, external partners and DevOps teams to solve problems in MFT process flows coding of test cases, unit tests and integration tests is a big plus build-up and transfer interdisciplinary knowledge participate in on-call rotations, ensuring system reliability and rapid incident response What You Bring One (1) three (3) years of working knowledge with Managed File Transfer concepts and various file transfer protocols (SFTP, Connect:Direct) proficient with PKI, SSL and SSH security implementations proficient with Linux OS and scripting skills such as Perl, Python, Go, etc demonstrated experience in network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP), network security, and firewall configurations strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills communicative team-player with good self-management capabilities a proactive attitude and the ability to take initiative in identifying and resolving issues proficient with English both verbal and in writing

You will join the Application Platform Department's Public Cloud product team and foster collaboration of global SIX teams. Alongside your product team, you will serve as the go-to person for public cloud-related laaS/PaaS demands, enabling internal customers to identify cloud use cases and supporting internal Google Cloud and Azure platforms that power international financial markets 24/7. We are seeking a Cloud Engineer with experience in cloud transformations, who can help to identify and implement use cases benefitting from cloud technologies while ensuring secure, compliant and cost-effective operations. Role: Senior Cloud Engineer What You Will Do demonstrate a strong customer focus and communication skills while leading our customers along the cloud journey; from mindset change, identifying value-add cloud use cases to implementation and operation become a go-to person for laaS/PaaS/AI public cloud demands, consulting DevOps teams and acting as an ambassador throughout the organization to promote the transition towards cloud-native solutions working together with DevOps teams on hands-on solution designs, principles, integration patterns to implement use cases work on multi-cloud concepts and integrations manage and improve the overall maturity of the cloud platforms with a deep understanding of cloud platforms services such as policies enforcement, networking, key management services, roles and permissions, DNS, hybrid connectivity, VPN, private and public endpoints, logging and monitoring What You Bring excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills in Enlish with a strong customer focus experience with public cloud adoption at enterprise level and/or in the financial industry is a plus min 5 years hands on experience at enterprise-level with public cloud services, focusing on PaaS and laaS on Microsoft Azure. Google Cloud and AWS will be a plus deep knowledge of cloud core services (networking, security, storage and IAM) and PaaS services, their operation and configuration options and Blueprint creation; hands on experience with Terraform code (Infrastructure as a Code) and pipelines deployments fluent in English, Spanish is an advantage
